I am a self taught graphic designer, that is constantly exploring and learning about graphic communications. As I have grown throughout my career, I am thankful for the leaders that saw my potential and drive.<\/p>

I thrive in a management role, where I can mentor a team of artists. I love collaborating in a creative environment within a team of artist that foster mutual respect and accountability.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I believe in fostering meaningful connections and empowering others to reach their goals. My top strengths (based on the Clifton Strengths Finder<\/a>)\u2014Relator, Restorative, Achiever, Strategic, and Responsibility\u2014guide my values and approach to life and work.<\/p>

I love building close relationships and sharing knowledge that helps others grow. Problem-solving is second nature to me, and I find fulfillment in identifying challenges and creating solutions. My Achiever strength drives my dedication to hard work and continuous improvement, while my Strategic mindset enables me to identify patterns and create innovative pathways forward. Lastly, my deep sense of Responsibility ensures I follow through on commitments with integrity and precision.<\/p>

Concert Lovin’<\/strong>
Can ya tell? I took the concert shots<\/a> you see here…I love everything about music, going to concerts is one of life’s greatest joys.<\/p>

Avid Reader<\/b>
I have “read” alot of books; I listen to them on Audible. You do too? Tell me your fave, I’m always looking for a good read!<\/p>

Christ Follower<\/b>
I have a relationship with Jesus Christ and love to talk about how He has performed miracles in my life. I do have a home church and try to serve every summer at camp, mostly as videographer<\/a>. I try to go to church on Sunday, but miss most.\u00a0<\/p>

Coach Sheila<\/b>
I spent about a decade as a cheer coach, and let me tell you, it was an incredible ride! A couple of years ago, I decided to hang up my whistle, but the lessons I learned and the memories I made during that time are priceless. Watching the girls I coached grow up and step into leadership roles in their own lives has been one of the greatest joys of my life.<\/p>

Cruisin’ thru Life<\/b>
I love the cruise life! I always have one scheduled and upcoming…ask me when my next one is!<\/p>

Cowboy Fan<\/b>
During the season, you can bet I am watching the game on Sunday.\u00a0 I also like football in general, I’m in two fantasy leagues!<\/p>

Computer Geek<\/b>
I am always challenging myself with learning something new.\u00a0 I love to work faster, better, smarter and am always looking for the next tool to help me do that.<\/p>

<\/b>Well, I like to think I am, anyway! After all, I hope I\u2019ve got you thinking I AM a rockstar! \ud83d\ude02 But seriously, I really do have an album\u2014it\u2019s called Luminosity<\/em><\/a> by SheRocks, on Spotify, YouTube<\/a> &\u00a0Apple Music<\/a>. I even created a website<\/a> for it, complete with lyrics and a little backstory about what inspired each song.
